2021: The new working model is hybrid

As the world is trying to regain its usual pace, we at Site24x7 have been engrossed in churning out new features to help organizations enhance the health of their IT resources and meet their evolving monitoring needs.

We've drafted a summary of notable features to look back on our achievements this year. We extended our monitoring capabilities for Kubernetes, network traffic, ISP latency, VMware ESXi hardware, and Mobile APM for React Native apps.

To facilitate collaboration between different IT teams, we integrated with the Zoho Cliq platform, so that you can receive incident alerts and discuss with your team on how to resolve incidents.

Site24x7 introduced the dark theme, so you can choose between light or dark mode depending on your taste.

We are also glad to announce that we were recognized as a Customer's Choice in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for APM and received the IT Monitoring Vendor of the Year award at the CXO DX Cloud Accelerate Summit & Awards, 2021. Our other notable achievements include peer ratings of 4.3 in Capterra, 4.5 in GetApp, and 4.5 in G2.
