it would be great if you can add another type of reporting, where it shows more information (kind of history), here you have what we would like to have.

It is great in order to get daily that reports, and
for example, we could deactivate the notifications outside of our
business hours, but having a nice and detailed report, so we know what
happened exactly during the night, and can analyse it.
Also it is nice to provide this reports to customers.

In Advanced Summary Reports, we need to customize the reports as per Up-time, Maintenance, status page, L Component wise (Location or City), start time, end time, engineer comment, pending with whom, total time and Reason of the outage.

Thank you for your valuable comments and patience. We have now come up with a feature for you to view the reasons and the latest comments on the outage by clicking the filter column icon by navigating to Home > Outages > Filter column icon.
You can use Share This option to export the reports as CSV, PDF, or via email notifications.
