Sometimes when looking at alarms on the dashboard, we receive a "Invalid data provided" error in any browser and can't see the alarm details. Is there a reason why this happens and whats the fix?

We'll check this and get back. Have you seen this error come often or is this only a recent event.
If you have an msp/bu account and try access many customer accounts or try to open the web client of a different user but from the same browser there is a chance that the sessions get messed up. In this situation you may get this error. However, we'll have it checked on our side.

It happens frequently. Its an account for just one company I work for. I get "invalid data provided" and "The request requires user authentication" when I'm on the NOC dashboard or random pages. It's happening now actually:

In order to check from our end it would be helpful if you can mention the time this error occurs as reference so that we can lookup the logs and check which API is failing.
Additionally, it would be great if you can share the browser network tab screenshot and console error(s). This will help us drill down to the client side errors (if any), which may be failing at that point in time.
