It would be nice to be able to to set the amount of packets we would prefer to set for ping checks. Setting 3 as the default and not giving customers the option to change it creates more work to setup a check that needs more than 3 packets because we have to open a support ticket and wait for Site24x7 to change it. It also creates lots of false positives because failing on one packet automatically breaks the default threshold for ping checks.

We have discussed this with our team, and have added this to our product roadmap as a feature request. As of now, we cannot commit to a timeline for this, but we will keep you updated in this thread once we start working on it.
