Hello,
For the SQL Insights feature for Microsoft SQL Server, the instructions provided are for configuring it through the Tray Icon.
On Server Core, we do not have the Tray Area GUI, and manually running the Tray Icon application does nothing.
How can we configure the SQL Insights on Server core where the Tray Icon is not available?

Hi Dennis!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Unfortunately, configuration of SQL Insights is possible through the GUI Tray Icon only at the moment. We will be rolling out other configuration options very shortly and once it is done, we will let you know in this comment thread. We're actively working to make your experience even better.
Happy monitoring!

It appears the 20.6.3 agent now supports Windows Server core for SQL Insights.
