Dear customers,

As part of the regular maintenance at our Australia (AU) data center, we will be switching our apps from our primary data center in Sydney to our secondary (disaster recovery) data center in Melbourne on 20 November, 2022 from 8:30pm to 11:30pm AEST (10:30am to 1:30pm GMT). We'll switch back to our primary data center in Sydney on 27 November, 2022 between  8:30pm and 11:30pm AEST (10:30am and 1:30pm GMT).

We do not expect any major interruption, and you should be able to continue using all the Site24x7 services during this maintenance period. We will post an update here once the maintenance is complete. In case you experience any issues, please feel free to email us at support@site24x7.com.

Ensure uninterrupted monitoring by whitelisting the following IP addresses in your firewall policy:

• 103.91.166.0/24

• 165.173.191.0/24

https://site24x7.net.au will be accessible, and we do not anticipate any major disruptions in using Site24x7's AU service during this period. Please check the service status here.
