Would it be possible to allow us to
configure Resource Check failures so that they produce either Trouble *or* Down –
depending on the choice of the user? At the moment, you only support Trouble for Resource Check failures.
In our case, we have set up a Resource
Check that is very critical to the server monitor – if the resource check
fails, we definitely want the server monitor to indicate Down (not just Trouble). Thanks.

Thanks for raising your request on resource checks.
We discussed internally and it seems we are yet to introduce down alerts for resource checks. We shall add this to our road map and keep you posted on the same.
