Hi all,
With the release of iOS 27 capabilities, StatusIQ now supports Siri AI and other iOS features in the mobile app. These capabilities provide quicker access to overall information, reduce manual effort, and help speed up your response in StatusIQ mobile app.
What are the iOS 27 capabilities, and how do they enhance the StatusIQ mobile app?
Here’s an overview of the iOS 27 capabilities supported in the StatusIQ mobile app and how they improve usability:
- Siri AI for incident and maintenance insights
Using on-screen awareness, Siri AI can understand and summarize information displayed on the Incident and Maintenance details pages. For example, you can ask, Hey Siri, can you brief me on the Zylker Ops incident? to summarize the incident details. - Take incident actions with Siri AI
Use Siri AI through Spotlight to: - Post an incident status update
- Acknowledge an incident
- Resolve an incident
- Extend a maintenance window
- Mark an incident as maintenance
You can also search for a specific incident, maintenance window, or component from Spotlight and open it directly. Shortcuts can be created and added to the Home Screen for quick access to frequently used actions. - Monitor operations with the extra-large widget
The new extra-large widget provides an at-a-glance view of your StatusIQ operations. It displays: - Active incidents sorted by severity
- Ongoing maintenance
- The next scheduled maintenance window
You can tap the displayed information to open the corresponding list in the StatusIQ mobile app. - Improve visibility with liquid glass optimization
Liquid glass optimization adapts the app’s transparency and opacity to your system settings, providing improved visibility and a more comfortable viewing experience.
