Hi Jasper,
My ideia is new Apdex Report for monitor groups APM.
Our company have many applications and services and apdex is very important.
We would like a apdex report for group monitors APM.
For example:
The company have 3 applications, but each application is composed for 3 APM monitor. Is a Micro Service.
Then, a apdex report for the period of the previous month would be:
Application 1 -> 0.98
Application 1-a -> 1
Application 1-b -> 0.97
Application 2 -> 0.97
Application 2-a -> 0.97
Application 2-b -> 0.97
Application 3 -> 0.95
Application 3-a -> 1
Application 3-b -> 0.96
How calculate apdex score for group 1, group 2 and group 3?
Making an average is not possible because the amount of request per application is different, so we would need to add the total number of satisfied, tolerant, and frustrated requests from the group and generate a new apdex score.
Creating an apdex report per APM monitor group, we could configure these groups and Site24x7 generates the report based on satisfied, frustrated, and tolerant requests, presenting only the group apdex score.
I definitely would like to see more graphical reporting around Groups. This would really help me in the reports I have to provide to my customers/business units on there servers and sites.
Hi,
Can you please elaborate on what it is that you would like to see in a graphical report. Say a Monitor Group with 20 servers and 3 websites. What all would you like to see in a graph?

Things like availability and performance over period of time for groups of monitors. I need to generate reports to customer monthly that show certain metrics(cpu, memory, availability, etc) over that month in a trending fashion.
We have configured our firewalls devices as SNMP monitoring with Site24x7. There are many interfaces in each Firewall. We want to create a report that shows the utilization, traffic, bandwidth consumption of each interface in graphical. Also, we would like to have a report that shows comparison for all interfaces with respect to Utilization, Traffic & Bandwidth.
At present, we can get it through custom dashboard, but we want to automate it as a weekly report that could be send to respective people.
Hi,
Its always good to have a clear understanding. Thanks for explaining.
PS: Its always better to login and post your comments. Its better if I greet you by name instead of only "hi" isn't it? :)

SSL Expiration. Currently, there is no way to create a report that shows days to expire. We have users that want to see this data without having to log into Site24x7 or wait until an alert is sent out.
Is there a way to report on every email alert we are getting ? We are trying to manage the amount of alerts we get by modifying the Thresholds and I want to be able to report on number of alerts (either trouble or down, but not is UP).
If I track these daily and show progress in reducing them it would help.
thanks.
