And now, you can check out the real-time operational status of all Site24x7 services at the click of your mouse. All monitors will now be smartly categorized into various segments according to their current operational status right in your home screen to give you a better understanding of your monitor's performance. Down/trouble monitors are grouped in red. Blue identifies monitors with any configuration errors. Monitors that are under maintenance are grouped under purple. All available monitors are shown in green. Further, each configured monitor's response time (in ms) along with its last polling time is also listed in this report.
Monitor Groups help you organize resources (Monitors) by business application, geography, type or resource ownership. It's a handy concept for easy administration. You can also easily access all the monitors from a single dashboard without too much navigation. It identifies each groups based on their status color codes. Down monitors are grouped in red. Golden identifies monitors in trouble state. Monitors that are under maintenance are grouped under purple. All available monitors are shown in green. Monitors that are suspended are shown in grey.
On selecting a relevant monitor group, you can gain further insight into metrics like availability and performance of the monitor group for a selected period of time. Heat maps offer information on outage duration and exact outage period. Furthermore, you will also be able to individually track the performance response time (in ms) and outage duration of all the individual monitors in the group.
Outages view keeps track on all those outages and helps you stay on top of downtime. Outages are captured and made visible right on the home screen to make sure you're always on top of issues. This report includes the downtime details like incident start and end times, duration of outage and the monitor name.
Notifications to the client are received without the need to refresh the page. They are listed under a notifications badge at the top right corner of the webclient. This ensures that you don't miss critical alerts even when you're on a static window.
